Online booking is only available for 10 days out. 10 days is the standard time frame in which a buyer must schedule an inspection after an offer has been accepted.
A $50.00 deposit is required to book. The balance is due the day of your inspection via cash, credit or check. If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit is fully refundable up until 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Day-of cancellations will not receive a refund.
We will call you within 3 hours of your booking to confirm your appointment time, price of the inspection, and to answer any questions you may have. Once confirmed by phone, we will send you an email with all booking information discussed over the phone, and a copy of our contract for you to review.
PLEASE NOTE: No appointment is confirmed until we speak with you on the phone, and send you the confirmation email. Since we receive many booking phone calls, although unlikely, it is possible for us to unintentionally double book. If you book an appointment online and do not receive a phone call from us, please call 781-587-1845.
